1. You are first given a hearing test in order to determine your needs as well as the amount of hearing loss you may be dealing with.

2. Once you have decided that you are interested in a hearing aid, a hearing aid evaluation follows. During this process you’ll learn all about hearing aids. The audiologist will go over the differences between the hearing aids as well as features and costs for each one. During this visit you’ll make a hearing aid selection and ear molds will be made of your ears for proper fitting.

3. After your hearing aid has come in, you’ll now return to the office for a fitting. During this visit, the hearing aid will be programmed for your hearing loss needs. You’ll learn how to use your new hearing aid and what to expect over the next few weeks.

4. After a few weeks, you will then return for a follow-up visit to see if any adjustments need to be made.
